Hemet UMC Weekly Reminders and Events

When the word “church” comes up in conversation, the first thing we think of is a building. We have this mindset that church is a place we go to on Sundays.  it’s easy to forget the fact that; We are the church.

In 1 Timothy 5, Paul describes the church as people dedicated to doing whatever it takes to reach out and help others. We are still able to serve and help others in need as the church. Caring for each other as well as those outside of the church is the quickest way to see Jesus change lives.

The people of Hemet United Methodist Church invite you to our Sunday morning worship in person or via Zoom. We look forward to joining together at 10:30 for a time of worship and praise for the many blessings God has provided. We will worship God by singing, praying, reading scripture and listening to a message. In person at the Sanctuary, YouTube and through Zoom, we also enjoy a time of fellowship after the service.

Zoom meeting information is available by contacting the office. You’ll be able to join us over the phone, computer or tablet. Watch for recordings of our services on Facebook.

Masks strongly recommended.

Masks are strongly recommended during worship. While restrictions have loosened, masks are still recommended when singing in places such as worship.
The recommendations for the virus and its variants continue to be monitored. We will proceed cautiously.
The use of N95 masks is encouraged and a supply of masks is available.
